Dr.Jart+ Ceramidin Skin Barrier Serum Toner is a milky serum-toner that you apply right after cleansing, to hydrate dry skin and prepare it for the products that follow. Smooth a generous amount over the face with your hands or a cotton pad, then follow with a cream. It hydrates; it is not an exfoliating or astringent toner.

What is in it

It combines Ceramide NP with sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, betaine, trehalose and panthenol, all ingredients that help skin hold water. The formula also contains alcohol denat. and essential oils (geranium, bergamot and sage), plus citronellol, a fragrance allergen. Dr.Jart+ says it deeply hydrates and strengthens the skin barrier.
