Dr.Jart+ Cryo Rubber with Brightening Vitamin C Mask is a two-step mask for dull, uneven-looking skin: a vitamin C and niacinamide ampoule first, then a rubber mask over it. Dr.Jart+ advises leaving it on for 30 to 40 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week. It brightens the look of skin; it does not remove dark spots or pigmentation.

How it works

The ampoule lists 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, a stable vitamin C derivative, together with niacinamide, glycerin and turmeric extract. The rubber mask, which contains sea buckthorn extract, seals the ampoule against the skin. Dr.Jart+ says the pair improves radiance and evens skin tone.

• After cleansing and toning, open the ampoule and apply evenly across your face.

• Open the rubber mask and carefully apply it over the serum-coated skin.

• Leave on for 30-40 minutes.
