KERASTASE Curl Manifesto Gelée Curl Contour 150ml

Kérastase Curl Manifesto Gelée Curl Contour is a 150ml defining gel-cream for curly, very curly and coily hair. Kérastase says it combines the hydration of a cream with the hold of a gel for definition without crunch and 24-hour frizz control (brand test). No silicones are listed.

How it works

Hydroxypropyl guar and sclerotium gum give the flexible hold, while glycerin, shea butter and coconut oil add moisture. Manuka honey extract and a ceramide are the signature ingredients.

Who it suits

Curls that need shape and humidity resistance, from loose waves to tight coils.

What it will not do

• It will not give a hard, cast-like hold. Its hold is soft and flexible.
• It does not cleanse or deep-condition.
• It contains isopropyl myristate and fragrance allergens (linalool, benzyl salicylate, benzyl alcohol).

Good to know

Kérastase directs 2 to 4 pumps on damp or dry hair for curly hair, scrunched in. For very curly and coily hair apply over primed hair, section by section, twisting curls around your fingers. Air-dry or use a diffuser.

Crème de Jour Fondamentale underneath and Refresh Absolu between washes.

For Curly Hair

Apply to damp or dry hair.

Use approximately 2 to 4 pumps, adjusting the amount according to hair length and thickness.

Work evenly through the hair.

Scrunch gently using your fingers to encourage natural curl formation and definition.

Air-dry or style as desired.

For Very Curly and Coily Hair

Apply 2 to 4 pumps over previously primed hair.

Work through the hair section by section.

Twist individual curls around your fingers to encourage pattern formation and stronger definition.

Air-dry or blow-dry using a diffuser.
